  You are the best. Whenever anyone says something about looking for a house I will tell them about you! Since I purchase the home couple weeks ago.  I had carpet put in the basement. I changed the kitchen floor and the dining room light fixture. I changed all the upstairs carpet and painted the living room peacock blue and the dining room gray. I made the basement like a movie room. I want you to come and see. I am going to have a house warming after my furniture gets here and my fence is put up and I want you and the family to come.

Thanks Phoebe for everything. As hard as this process was you made it a delight. You were there for me at every turn and you did not give up on my dream and I appreciate it so much.  I LOVE my new house and am so comfortable here
